Terms of Service

By using ToLoveList you agree to these terms. In short: be kind, use the app for its purpose, and respect your partner's privacy.

1 · Your account

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you create.

Use accurate details when you sign up, keep one account per person, and tell us at support@tolovelist.app if you think someone else has accessed your account.

2 · Acceptable use

Don't use ToLoveList to harass, coerce, or harm anyone — including your partner. Tasks and prizes must be consensual.

You also agree not to:

• break the law or help anyone else break it;
• upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that is abusive, sexual involving minors, or hateful;
• try to access other people's accounts or our systems, or disrupt the service;
• scrape the app or use bots to access it.

3 · Your content

The tasks, notes, photos and prizes you create stay yours. You give us a limited licence to store and display them to you and your partner so the app can work. We don't use your content for advertising.

4 · Points and prizes

Points, streaks, badges and prizes are a playful way to say thank you. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and prizes are promises between the two of you, not goods we provide. We may rebalance how points are earned to keep things fair.

5 · Your partner and your couple space

When you connect with a partner, you both see what you share in the couple space. If you leave the couple, you keep access to your own account; the shared space and its history are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

6 · Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or someone's safety prevents it.

7 · Changes to the service and these terms

ToLoveList keeps evolving. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect and ask you to accept the new version.

8 · Disclaimers and liability

ToLoveList is a tool to support your relationship, not a substitute for professional advice or therapy. We provide the service "as is" and, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you live in the European Union you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
